Inventure Engineering and Machine, LLC, (IEM) has provided Engineering, CAD Design, Build and Machine Shop services since 1999.   We are located in the beautiful Treasure Valley (Boise, Nampa, Caldwell) in Idaho.  We use the latest 3D CAD software and CNC machine shop equipment all under one roof for seamless communication and quick turnaround time.  Primarily focused toward new product development, CNC machine shop services and continuous improvement processes, we are capable of handling all product evolution stages, from concept generation through prototyping and manufacturing. If we can’t help you with our services, we can help find and/or manage the appropriate shop through our vast network of trusted colleagues.  We believe that cross functional teams with varied experience creates synergy – where the combined team output is greater than the sum of the individual parts.  Simply put, we help you make it happen.

Our Team

We are a close team.
Team IEM consists of Engineers, Designers, Machinists, Fabricators and Technicians. Most of the IE consultants have worked together for many years resulting in a very efficient and collaborative team.  We are family owned and operated since 1999.

Experience
Our team has over 100 years of combined experience in engineering and manufacturing. Much of this experience is related to new product development, precision parts manufacturing, custom machine design/build, and semiconductor capital equipment.

Patents
IE Team members have been granted many US Patents with more pending. We understand that intellectual property protection is critical in today’s market and strive to increase the client’s portfolio.

Our Philosophy

Customers are unique
We realize that no two projects are exactly alike. The consultants at IE have a broad knowledge of products and processes to keep each project on track. We can easily become an extension of your internal engineering team or take the entire project back to our facility.

Our core design values:
Practical. With today's high tech design tools, engineers can become too dependant on the virtual world. Computers are wonderful tools, but they are just tools, and as such, require validation by past experience and/or rapid prototype and test.
Creative. From brainstorming to structured problem solving, we think both inside and outside of the box.
Precise. Close enough is never good enough - unless so specified by the client.
Thorough. We finish what we start, and take pride in a job well done. Follow through is paramount.
